Reg. : OUR PENDING PAYMENT OF RS. 40,000 AS PER OUR A/C STATEMENT ENCLOSED HEREWITH

We wish to draw your attention to our letter of Feb 27 requesting you for clearing up your payment of Rs. 40,000 pending for about three months.

We supplied two air conditioners on consignment basis and sent the Invoice and delivery papers direct on your request.

As the financial year is coming to a close it has become urgent for us to get the pending amount cleared up well in advance.

You have been our most reliable clients and we have never had any financial problem while dealing with you. Therefore, we expect you to expedite the payment and favour us with a bank draft by return of post.
