Dear Sir/Madam
I wish to seek admission of my two children to your esteemed institution.
My daughter Pearl Sharma and son Arnav Sharma have passed- 8th standard and 6th standard from St. Mary convent at Srinagar. Their records, as you will find from their Report Cards, have been outstanding.
Being in Defense forces I received my transfer orders in the last week of March. I was posted at Kupwara & had no means to get the names of my children registered in advance.

Keeping in view the nature of my service and place of posting you will kindly take note of these factors and be kind enough to grant admission to my children to class IX and VII.
Please intimate the date and time when I should bring my children to your school for admission.
